Anna Rubinsky, Ph.D.
Anna Rubinsky, Ph.D., is a Health Services Researcher and Data Analyst at the KHRC. She obtained her Ph.D. in Health Services at the University of Washington. Dr. Rubinsky's research interests include development and evaluation of risk assessment strategies and performance measures, particularly use of electronic medical records data for identification of high risk patients and disparities in quality of care. Before coming to the KHRC, Dr. Rubinsky served as a data manager, analyst and project director at the VA healthcare system. Dr. Rubinsky has published five first-authored and over 30 co-authored peer-reviewed manuscripts focused on screening, risk-stratification and early intervention to improve care for unhealthy alcohol use in primary and specialty health care settings.
