Debbie Chen is a research fellow in the Division of Nephrology at UCSF. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, completed medical school at the University of California Davis School of Medicine and internal medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is interested in figuring out ways to optimize medication dosing for vulnerable populations with chronic kidney disease (CKD). She is also interested in studying the interplay between kidney and cardiovascular disease with the goal of determining ways to improve both kidney and cardiovascular health in patients with CKD.
