David Ma, BS

David is a Research Associate in the Biomarker Core Laboratory. Utilizing instruments such as the MSD multiplex platform, David conducts biomarker analysis to contribute towards clinical studies focused on renal health.

A first-generation college student, David obtained a degree in Microbiology from the University of California, San Diego. During his time, David focused on infectious disease studies in murine models at the Salk Institute. He is interested in preventative research focused on earlier diagnosis of disease. He is excited to learn multiple methodologies that support his interests as he moves towards a career in clinical lab science.
