Anthony Muiru, a clinical Nephrology fellow, was awarded the Dean's Diversity Fund award from UCSF. These funds will help support Dr. Muiru's career goals and recognize his skills and accomplishments. Congrats, Anthony!

KHRC wins the UCSF’s Pathways to Discovery Program Mentor Award!
Will Zhang, a MS4 in our group, was 1 of 5 awardees given the 2018 Long-Term Dean’s Prize for his scholarly work in Clinical and Translational Research from the UCSF's Research and Scholarship Committee. Will's work this past year in our group has been examining urinary biomarkers of kidney injury and how they may effectively characterize and identify subclinical injury attributable to tenofovir.
